Someone at work claims he has an inside source with the Ravens. He's been right about stuff before, but I'm still hesitant to believe anything until I find out from a credible source.

At the very least, the people operating the Facebook page for the team do not seem to think there has been an injury of that magnitude.

I didn't say it did happen, just asking if anyone else has heard this. People are frantically checking Google every 5 seconds here. I do know if it's not true, people will be mad.

Have you read the other 19? I don't understand why people are taking this personally. I'm simply passing along information that I heard and asking if anyone else has heard the same. I stated right off the bat where it came from and said I was hesitant to believe from the start. Take it for what it's worth.

I frequent this board, I do not post much, but enjoy reading everyone's opinion. Figured I would start posting now there. Anyways, all I can say about this is: I pray this is false. Upshaw + Suggs will make life for defense so much better, and I will be crushed (as I am sure all of you will be as well) if this turns out to be credible.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you committed a "rookie" mistake. Don't say you heard "rumors" then ask if it was true without providing some kind of documentation (i.e link). The "someone I know has an inside source with the ravens" doesn't work well on this board.

The OP just asked the question. He didn't say that he knows it's true. That's a big difference. It's a rumor and he was just trying to see if anyone else heard it. No reason to jump all over him.
