Suggs is obviously not easily replaced, but that doesn't mean the Ravens fold their tent and don't make the playoffs. Last season Heap was released and Dickson/Pitta had a solid combined season. Mason was let go, and Evans got injured, but T. Smith stepped up and had a fine rookie season. Buddy Lee / Mt. Cody too. I am not expecting Kruger/Upshaw/Kindle to fully replace Suggs and JJ, but that doesn't mean they won't be productive. Personally, I'd be very surprised if the Ravens don't make the playoffs once again... Bc

The sky is falling, the sky is falling! LOL Might as well leave town or move to another continent, Ravens are finish. The others players had nothing to do with winning or stopping the other team from scoring.

Everyone said the same thing when Jamal Lewis went down. It cost us the SB but
we went deep in the playoffs with Elvis for crying out loud and Shannan Sharpe
always said we still should have gone to and won SB 36 w/o Jamal but the team lost its
swagger especially early in the season.

Remember Billick brought in all those RBs during camp.
We still made it. Now we already have depth to bring up including our top
    draft pick.
    Pic of a natural act.

Did any of you guys that are ripping on this article even bother to read it?

I'm asking because I did. The sentence structure and flow read like a 3rd grade paper. I was wondering if any of you thought the same.

SiriusNFL had a surgeon on yesterday and he was saying how a partial tear is much worse and more dangerous than fully tearing. Just one man's opinion but not only did he say Suggs won't be playing this season, he questioned whether he will ever have that burst again.

Read that this morning. Best case scenario considering. Suggs has a "fat ass" gene. Afraid he will be very out of shape if he attempts to back before December.

"Everything went good, he was in and out," Suggs told The Sun's Mike Preston of the surgery, which was performed in Charlotte, N.C. by noted foot/ankle specialist Dr. Robert Anderson. "There is only a small incision, and he said it was not as bad as some thought it was, which I had already been told."
"As far as my return, it's still the same as the origininal prognosis of four to six months," said Suggs.
