LOL - Pollard's No Cussing Policy

Says he trys to stop after getting religion but it still pops up in the heat of the game when he's pissed off.

I still cussed 17 times last year he said. I
    counted them. ILMAO.

I was just saying the same thing for the same reason about me in the other forum. Most of the guys know me and I shouldn't be cussing but it gets the best of me sometimes.

Anyway, Pollard's story reminds me of Billick's amusing story that was an inside family joke. Billick's
mom was watching a Ravens road game on TV and could read his lips and was shocked at his language so she called the house to complain about it.

His wife answered the phone and she said I didn't raise him to be like that and it looks bad on tv. She said OK mom, I'll tell him.

So she did as soon as he came home, so Billick told the team about his mom complaining about his language and he wanted everyone to fine him $100 for every curse word he said.

The catch was, it had to be on camera not during a commercial break or when his back was turned. He would donate the money to charity.

He ended up giving hundreds, I think thousands to charity.

Anyway, here's an amusing story on Pollard and aren't you glad we signed him.

    DAMN, MAN:

Take a look at the guys Pollard ruined over the years including Gronk
this year. That was Pollard's payback to NE for keeping us out of SB.

Man, Gronk can hardly walk after that hit and he couldn't run in
SB which greatly contributed to their defeat.

    Pollard gets even.

The Brady and Gronk hit, you can see how it was likely the result of Pollard's hit that both had those injuries...

The Welker one, come on...He smacks Welker in the chest, Welker goes down and tears his own ACL. It's coincidence that he made the hit, but no way he did that one.

The dancing is sure weird to see from him.

I like the quote from fellow non-cusser Dennis Pitta, exclaiming "Gosh darnit!". Remember, he comes from BYU, so that probably has a lot to do with it...

They need a little Sam Kinison and Richard Pryor in their life.

LOL - Richard Pryor? He was one of my favorite comedians and added

new meaning to the word "cussing." Now all the dudes on the BET
network cuss. Martin Lawrence is another bad ass and had his probs
that got him into trouble but I love his movies and Chris Brock is
another great cusser. You can't even say he cusses every other word,
    it is like every word-lol.

Scally - And don't forget, Billick went to BYU also but it was about
the only school that would take him after he dropped out of the
    Air Force Academy-lol.

Billick said though he never drank coffee because no one ever did at BYU. They believed the caffein had evil spirits or something, I think.

Anyway, Billick said his first job in NFL was as a gopher for the NIners before Bill Walsh took him in. They had a big conference all the NFL execs were coming to and he had to furnish the breakfeast
buffett. So he went out and bought all the best danish, juices, eggs,
    pan cakes, everything.

The only complaint was he forgot the coffee. He said the thought never occurred to him because he went to BUY and Mormons don't drink coffee.

I did notice that the Patriots would fall/slide before being tackled by our guys in the AFCCG. Even their WR's, pretty much sums up the way this games heading.

That's why we should have beat them and why Chuck Bednarik,
the meanest guy to ever play football says the game is soft now
    and BS.
