Apparently they left the door open for a rewritten law. Should see that during the next legislative session.
American law in general has become a joke. Right vs. wrong has often been replaced by who has (can afford) the best lawyer.

You know, there are just some things that just shouldn't be fucked with. There are some things that should just be sacred no matter what.
