He wants a new contract yes, But he is not going anywhere. The Franchise tag awaits him. They are a young up and coming team with 2 young CBs

Since when does Irsay play by the rules?

We have 2 starters in Smith and Webb and Graham, Groerer or Brown can be the #3

When has Ozzie ever traded someone with such value for a draft pick(s)?

He is, had he not been playing by the "rules" He would have signed him to an RFA sheet while that period was going on. Cary signed his tender and the period to sign RFAs is over.

Also, They also say that the it might not be williams because he is playing tonight and if he was in trade talks would sit. But thats BS. this is the 3rd pre season game and if the trade does not go through he misses important time also he could be doing a "show off" for the Colts per request of the colts since they are intersted and want to see more of him before they give a high pick

We wont be signing him after this season and he has looked iffy this pre season. Why not take a high pick or picks/player

    That doesn't answer the question.

You're talking about something you'd like Ozzie to do.

I'm talking about what Ozzie does.

It better be for a starting LT or just forget it, in a pass happy league we have a luxury this season, why would we give that up for a future draft pick that might not even work out?

I would consider a trade for a first rounder, only because the first rounder for the Irsays could be a very high draft pick, but I still do not think Ozzie would go for it.

Jason LaCanfora (who is a pretty good source from Baltimore) mentions Cary Williams, but says it's not them. It's likely a big OL.

    I'm thinking Clady.

Ozzie would say "done" at "we will give you a first r." Woudn't even need the "ounder."

92----- the more I think about it, you 're probably right. But as I mentioned earlier, even Irsay would not give up a first rounder for someone he could get next year for cash.

What about Jake Long? There were rumors that the fins were trying to move him earlier this offseason.

Might also be for Wayne Hunter from the Jets. He is out as their starting rt and the colts need a rt after Ijalana was waived.

Not a big splash, but potentially a decent move. Jets may get someone like Donald Brown in return.

Anyone who thinks Cary Williams can garner a high draft pick that Irsay is willing to part with needs to have their football IQ evaluated. For that matter Irsay as well.
