I'm not saying he's a bust or anything, just so far, in all the games I've seen and from the reports I've read this camp, he really hasn't done anything so far. I'm sure he'll improve, but anybody expecting him to contribute early this season...it's not looking like it's going to happen.
He's the only OLB/DE with a sack in the pre season on our roster, and your saying he's a huge disappointment?

WTF Ellerbe? Your not a safety, you're a LB in zone.

You are honestly going to say that from what you've seen that he is going to contribute early as a pass rusher?

I am fully aware of the coverage sack against Jax 3rd string tackles. When he has gotten in against starting quality OT's, he hasn't done anything...OT's get their hands on him, and he can't bull rush and that's it.

The entire pass rush has been a disappointment. Upshaw is included in that.

Hopefully Brockers is ok. The 4th preseason game is reckless with players trying to keep jobs.

I'm holding judgement on that until I see the real season games.

Sam Koch is going to get injured if they don't start blocking better on punts.

Defense is playing very soft. Like they don't won't to get hurt.

From what we are hearing, they may keep 3 QBs as they are supposed to use Taylor in some packages. In the event one goes down, you may want to have a backup to the backup ala Painter. Plus, I'm sure he will be valuable as an extra eye for Flacco and Caldwell's teachngs.
