    *Sighs*, you know, there are some opinionated retired players who eventually understand the nuances of being an analyst. Troy Aikman and Chris Collinsworth both started out rough, but have developed well. Solomon Wilcox is another that is good.

    I'm not sure that Young has figured it out yet.
