Re: We will go 8-8.
Hey, listen man.
This wasn't an "I told you so thread" at all. It was a mere prediction. Not the law. I was starting a conversation, nothing more. And as far as resurrecting this thread after a loss... Look at the post history and look how it was resurrected by someone to rub my nose in it after ever single win. This thread has been far more "I told you so" by everyone else telling me how much I suck, than by me. Partly because I was wrong, but mostly because people just enjoy saying I told you so...
But if the Ravens go 9-7 and somehow squeak into the playoffs and go one and done.. I will sure as hell be back to post the 9-9 record though. LOL!Last edited by RedSkins Fury; 12-03-2012 at 09:54 AM.

Mostly I'm just busting your balls Paint... I'm a huge fan. Probably too big of a fan, because I let these games affect me the way that they do. When you wake up with nightmares after a Ravens loss... it's gone too far. But games like yesterday are not very entertaining. At least it's not entertainment that makes me feel good.

Re: We will go 8-8.
Any reason to believe they won't? Last week they needed a conversion on 4th & 29 to even be in position to take a team much less competent than any left on the schedule into overtime. (NB without that minor miracle--or the Cowboys missed FG try with :06 remaining--Furry's prediction would still be very much alive.)
Sometimes this board seems like a muddle of Micawbers, always hoping "something will turn up." I don't object to optimism, but I need at least a tincture of rationale in mine.

Re: We will go 8-8.
What's your guess as to the chances they do? On the road??
And even if they start that way, what are the chances that they continue, even (especially) if they get up by a couple of scores, vs going into a shell & letting RG3 bring the Skins storming back?
I have serious doubts whether this coaching staff will understand that they no longer have the luxury of playing low-risk football in time to avert a general collapse.

12 -4 at best. Losing to... pick any of the remaining teams.
I really feel like we'll split the final 4 and go 11-5 have one home playoff game (maybe)We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid. - Benjamin Franklin

Bengals are 8-6, 1 game behind us, and man handled Philly yesterday.
It' gonna be tough picking up 10th win out there and most
don't expect to beat NY next week after they were humiliated
yesterday.
I called for a 9 win season but will be very excited to go into
POs with 10 wins after everything that happened.Pic of a natural act.

I want the lower draft position. I have no problem admitting that.

!0-6 or 11-5, anything else spells problems for all the Ravens coaches. Ravens win at least one more.
