    Re: Election Day 2012 Thread

O Reilley just said Mitt ran his great debate showing straight into the
election w/o taking any chances. It was working til Hurricane Sandy.

Brit Hume said Chris Christie helped OBY a lot by cuddling up to
him and putting his arm around him in NJ.

Christie scored a lot of points for OBY.

Mitt's lead right now in VA is less than it needs to be. I think this may be over before it begins, unfortunately. Will still be close, but not looking like it needs to at this stage.

Not yet. Polls are now closing in the mid west and they favor Mitt. Still very early.

OBY with slight leads in Oh and Fla and Mitt with slight lead in VA.

Rove said most of OBYs lead in Fla is from early voting. Mitt closed the gap with the indies
going for him. It's going back and forth by 1%.

    About the same in OH.

Rove said Mitt is getting far more votes than McCain in all these states.

Moving off the national stage for a sec, Marylanders, any predictions re: Question 6? Does Maryland become the first state in America to formalize marriage equality at the ballot box?

    Not good.

VA is half in and Obama has a slight lead.

OH, while still early, is breaking big for Obama.

Obama is going to win, and he has a chance of winning big.

Fairfax has yet to report and Mitt is getting killed. OH doesnt look good either.

Now days anything is possible. The old establishment is gone. We're Western Europe now.
I give it an excellent chance.

OBY leads in Ohio by 55 to 44%.

FOX has Mitt winning in VA 54-45% but fairfax isn't in yet as HR said.

Virginia has suspended reporting results until the final vote has been cast, take any update about Va with a hefty grain of salt until the polls close.

Mitt is getting the South big except Fla at this point but its still early.

    VA has record voting turnout.

VA Beach still has many in lines and that's a GOP strong hold.

Long lines still in N. VA.

GOP headquarters in VA is very nervous.
