Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Ravens
I think its high time that Flacco grows the stache out again.

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Ravens
You mean a unsportsman like penalty on someone other than the Ravens....who'd have thunk it!

Neither line looks good.

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Ravens
Interesting to note that Jimmy Smith is on the sidelines and Corey Graham is starting.

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Ravens
Good Grief.
What is happening on the right side of the line with run blocking?Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

It's eerie how much better Joe and the O look at home vs on the road.
Also, Oakland clearly spent the week making sure their run d wouldn't be the reason they lose two in a row.My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging. -Hank Aaron
