Weird pass... Smith was bending the route inside, Flacco threw it outside, and the result was not good.

Not sure what that was... miscommunication? Just plain inaccurate throw?

Don't know. I think that was just a bad throw.

Torrey had a lot of room to work in the middle there and Flacco just missed him.

Ike Taylor undercut the route, so Flacco had to throw it away.
