On to a more happy note...

We are now 3-2 on the road
    10-0 in the division
    3-0 vs the Steelers
and the most important one, 8-2 on the season... we also have a two and a half game lead of the division..

We now only have three road games left, all three against questionable but dangerous teams, but teams we can certainly beat....

    On to San Diego...
Hahahaha, one game and he is great managing the clock. He does like to saved his TOs though, even at end of the game when he knows it doesn't carry to overtime.

They are improving the last three weeks, that is for sure. Getting a bit of that swagger back too. Corey Graham looks like a great pickup now.

I do wish some of these guys would start looking for the ball though. We could have had probably 2 or 3 more int's if they did that. Easily. Maybe more.

Been critical of Pees at times but he had a solid game plan this week and it was well executed by the personal. The D earned that gameball IMO. The offense crapped the bed

Tomlin got a team with that had won a SB two seasons before. The QB was in place, the DC was in place, the guy he chose as OC had been there as the WR coach for three seasons. Harbaugh got a complete coaching staff turnover and a rookie QB from Div 1-AA. I'd say that with what they've done with they have gotten, they've both proven themselves to be very good coaches.

THis, steelers should be fined for allowing leftwich in there to get beat up more. Something most be wrong with batch. Tomlin had a bad call last week that should have been called out for.

He's STILL been to 2 SBs, Harbaugh 0. Enough of the excuses.

I would take both over Jason Garrett...and Rex Ryan.

So, that means that Harbaugh's not a very good coach?

OK, but what does that have to do with some sort of "excuses" that Dreamjo's post didn't contain?!?!?

    Every coach/team does that.
Huh? Having to call two timeouts to prevent a delay of game is called "wasting" them. You have 35 seconds to get the play and do your pre-snap reads. 99% of the time that should be automatic. I can live with one timeout being burned that way. But two? No way

I'm go with tackling first. I think they need to start tackling, something this team forgot how to do. Then we can talk looking for the ball.

To compare Harbaugh to a coach that has been to 2 SB's is foolish. Harbaugh is not on that level. When he wins one, then he is. The poster tried to equivocate. To me, that's making excuses. Harbaugh is not as good as Tomlin.

Barry Switzer won a SB. Dan Marino didn't.

Regardless, the poster said the both had done well, he wasn't comparing, there were no excuses, but I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

I thought a team isn't allowed to call back to back timeouts. Shouldn't that have been a penalty?

And Harbaugh has had musical chairs at the defensive coordinator position. Steelers have had Lebeau as a constant. Why has no one poached him from them to be a head coach? So what he's 102! The man can still coach!!
