GAME STATUS INJURY REPORT: Ravens @ Broncos

The Baltimore Ravens open up the season in Denver against the Broncos at a little less than full strength. The defensive line is likely to be without Arthur Jones and Brandon Williams when the team takes the field at Sports Authority Stadium at Mile High on Thursday Night.

But those losses while significant, pale in comparison to the Broncos losses on defense, which include Champ Bailey (foot), Von Miller (suspension) and Elvis Dumervil (No. 58 in the white jerseys).

BALTIMORE RAVENS

OUT: DT Art Jones (illness – NFI)

DOUBTFUL: C Ryan Jensen (foot); WR Deonte Thompson (foot); DT Brandon Williams (toe)

PROBABLE: TE Ed Dickson (thigh); DE Pernell McPhee (knee)

 

DENVER BRONCOS

OUT: RB CJ Anderson (knee); CB Champ Bailey (foot); TE Joel Dreessen (knee)

DOUBTFUL: G Chris Kuper (ankle)

PROBABLE: DE Robert Ayers (achilles); T Ryan Clady (shoulder); QB Brock Osweiler (L Shoulder); WR Wes Welker (ankle)

 

INJURY NOTE: Today the Ravens officially moved Dennis Pitta to Injured Reserve, Designated for Return. Taking Pitta’s spot on the 53-man roster is TE Billy Bajema.
