With many mock drafts linking Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o to the Baltimore Ravens, opinions abound among Ravens fans regarding Te’o.

While there is some support to be found, most feel that the Ravens should stay away from Te’o, even if he does fall to them at the bottom of the first round in April’s draft.

Te’o participated in the NFL combine in Indianapolis today, which included running the 40-yard dash.

His times – right around 4.8 seconds – were not overly impressive. To compare, Ray Lewis ran a 4.53 in 1996 and Patrick Willis a 4.51 in 2007.

As seen in the GIF below, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh – who was in attendance – was not quite impressed.

Hopefully this pushes him down/off our board. Just say “No!” to Manti at 32. You want him covering guys like Gronkowski and Gresham over the middle???

Te’o is overrated…Mauti and hodges from PSU are both significantly better than him, but of course are going to get over looked because of the schools stigma (which has absolutely zero to do with them)

To which Brian Billick said, “I’ll start worrying about that when they start setting quarterbacks up 40 yards behind center.”

Teo is an overhyped, slow and undersized sociopath that conjured up a hoax to gain more Heisman votes. I bet he is out of the league in 5 years and rides his unicorn off into the sunset. In Ozzie We Trust.
