The Lardarius Webb Foundation held its Second Annual Charity Bowling Event on Friday evening at the Timonium Fairlanes in Timonium, Maryland.

A star-studded Baltimore Ravens cast including Ray Rice, Vonta Leach, Ed Reed and Torrey Smith joined Lardarius to help raise and distribute funds to provide aid to underprivileged children and their families.

Fans were treated to an evening of bowling and autographs with their favorite Ravens players. Several Ravens bowled alongside families throughout the evening all while raising money for a wonderful cause.

“This is just awesome. I mean how many fans of other teams can say they are bowling with their favorite players.”  stated Mark Beauford whose family bowled alongside Jacoby Jones.

Webb, who did not bowl was in great spirits and looked well just a few weeks removed from having surgery to repair his torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.

“Tonight is about helping out others. I could not ask for anything more” responded Webb when asked about the huge crowd in attendance.

Smiles shined bright from lane to lane with fans talking Ravens football. The team, which will travel to Cleveland today to take on the Browns Sunday afternoon, heard nothing but positives from the crowd.

“All the support really means a lot” full back Vonta Leach shouted as fans clamored for the team to “run the football”.

Lardarius is just one of many Baltimore Ravens players who are active in the community. Not only does Webb host his annual bowling event he also hosts an annual charity softball game in the summer as well.

“I’m blessed to be able to give back.” stated Webb when asked about his involvement in the community.

The community is blessed as well to have someone like Webb who is changing lives each and everyday.
