Browns Fan Rips Jersey in Disgust

I can’t imagine what it’s like to be a Browns fan. I translate their anger the same way toward the Ravens the same way that I translate a spouse’s attitude towards a homewrecker who didn’t know that their hook-up was in a relationship. No, it isn’t our fault, but we have had two Super Bowls in 20 years, and they haven’t had a championship in their town since 1964. It’s hard not to be angry.

This series of reactions from Browns fans at the game takes the cake. This might even be better than the guy who just started leaving.

Let’s break it down.

There’s the one guy you hear in the distance screaming, “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” which progressively gets louder and starts including obscenities.

Then they pan to a guy who is either drunk of sarcastically pumping his fist in the air. I imagine that you have to be one of these two things in order to stand such perpetual disappointment.

At the same time as you see the drunk/sarcastic guy, you hear a high-pitched voice scream, “We suck!”

The drunk sarcastic guy just starts walking out of the game with his hands up in the air in exasperation.

The high-pitched voice says, “How did they f****** get a touchdown?”

A guy wearing a Barkevious Mingo jersey in the back slams his hat to the ground.

A guy closer to the camera wearing a Browns hat has his hands on his face in a pose with which he has probably become all too familiar at the end of Browns games.

The high-pitched voice asks whether the game is over. Yes, yes it is.

The guy wearing the Mingo jersey splits his jersey in half like Hulk Hogan. A woman comes in to try to stop him, but it was too late. I wonder how many times he has had to buy a new jersey in his life. If it happened this time, I’m sure it’s happened before.

Then, a fan ends it with unofficially was the most used sentence in Cleveland last night…
