OWINGS MILLS — The Baltimore Ravens have secured the services of their entire restricted free agent class, assigning one-year tenders to keep them on the roster.

The Ravens issued an original round tender to backup safety Tom Zbikowski, according to NFL Players Association records.

Zbikowski is a former third-round draft pick from Notre Dame. He started the first six games of the season before Pro Bowl safety Ed Reed was activated from the physically unable to perform list.

However, Zbikowski  missed the next five games with a painful heel injury. Then, he missed the final three regular-season games and the playoffs due to a lingering back injury.

Meanwhile, they’re also assigning an exclusive-rights free agent tender to linebacker Sergio Kindle. He missed his entire rookie season with a fractured skull that has created uncertainty about his future.

Reserve safety Haruki Nakamura got an original round restricted free agent tender. It should be worth roughly $1.2 million for the former sixth-round draft pick from the University of Cincinnati.

Nakamura recorded 16 tackles and one pass deflection last season on defense. He finished second on the team behind linebacker Prescott Burgess with 13 special teams tackles.

Defensive tackle Kelly Talavou, who spent all of last season on injured reserve after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament, got the low tender.

Defensive tackle Lamar Divens received a low tender.

Wide receiver and special teams contributor Marcus Smith was assigned an original round tender. He’s a former fourth-round draft pick from New Mexico.

Running back Jalen Parmele got the original round tender. He’s a former Miami Dolphins sixth-round draft pick.

Parmele returned 24 kickoffs for 562 yards last season, averaging 23.4 yards per return.

Inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe received an exclusive-rights tender.

The former undrafted free agent from Georgia lost his starting job to Jameel McClain, who received a second-round tender.  In 11 games with one start, Ellerbe finished with 29 tackles and one sack last season after starting on a regular basis as a rookie.

The Ravens are expected to assign an original round tender to offensive tackle Oniel Cousins, a former third-round pick from Texas-El Paso.

Cousins overcame the removal of a noncancerous cyst from his esophagus during the offseason to return to play last season.
