Picture 3

We’ve been waiting months to find out what the Baltimore Ravens’ second Super Bowl rings would look like. Today is finally the day.

The ring ceremony, where players, coaches, staff, and other employees with get their rings, is to be aired tonight at 7 PM on NFL Network.

For now, here’s a look at the ring itself.

What do we think, Ravens fans?

UPDATE – While the above photo IS the real ring, it’s a horrible, horrible photo of it. Here are some more flattering shots (feature photo via Art Jones’ Twitter account):

I like the set up with the 2 Lombardi’s, but the bird looks very chinchy and bland.
They should of put some purple stones on it or some black feather lines to make it a little more attractive and up to par with the rest of the ring….. In my opinion !
But it’s a good complaint to have though, I’ll take it every year, no problem….

The smaller pic looks much better. I am sure this ring looks MUCH better in person when you see the Lombardi trophys in 3D.

Was the designer “DRUNK” this is so ugly, I could of did a better design…..poor poor Ravens having to show this around !!!

It’s an ugly ring… This Raven’s Fans is not impressed…. Did the extra money for a nice ring go to Flacco too ?

Gangster! I love it! It’s hugh, gaudy, garish, overdone and blinged out. Everything a Super Bowl ring should be!

This does not look like a real ring to me. The Ravens logo is not as perfect as I would hope it should be for a Super Bowl Ring. If this is the real ring the Ravens got ripped off on the design. Just my 2 cents. We will all know tonight if this is correct or not. This could be a Staff ring and not for the players.

I do hope the real rings look better than this. If this is the design then whoever had a hand in the design should never be allowed to select furniture, curtains or anything else that involves decorating. I like the ring from Super Bowl 35 better.

it’s a damn shame that these players and coaches have finally reached their once in a lifetime dream come true moment. only to be disappointed by the symbol of their great accomplishment. they should have made a copy of the first ring with the roman # (II) on it. now that was a superbowl ring.

  8. bc2469 on said:

well it was a great year with a great team. the ring is what it is . there are 31 other teams that didn’t get a superbowl ring. i’m sure that they wished that they had one.
