Ok, I know what you’re thinking…

“Haven’t you guys beaten this topic to death?”

A valid criticism.

Yet our blog on the topic inspired some worthy suggestions from fans of our Facebook page and on this blog. So I said to myself…

“Self, what if we run a contest to include the best of the suggestions?”

Our staff picked out what seemed to be the 10 slogans that received the most positive feedback either in the blog comments or Facebook comments and likes.

Here are those 10…

From Facebook

  • Jason Fenicle – Humble & Hungry
  • James Childs – B-More Than Ordinary
  • Jaimie Watson – Rise & Conquer

From Blog Comments

  • Captain Dee-fense – Baltimore Tough
  • Jordan – Return to Glory
  • Jan B – We Got This!
  • Jason – Never Quit
  • RavenNurse – One Team, One Dream
  • Nancy – Answer the Caw
  • Jenn Honkofsky – Bring It Home

From these 10 we’ve narrowed it down to a field of 5 and we’ll ask you to choose the winner with your vote in the poll below.

We will take the winning slogan selected by you and design a t-shirt around it. $2.50 of every shirt sold through September will go to the winner as a prize or we can make a donation in the winner’s name to his or her charity of choice.

We plan to promote the t-shirt on our site and to our 90,000+ Facebook likers.

Without further ado, please vote for your favorite among the 5 finalists…

Which Slogan is the best for the 2014 Baltimore Ravens?
B-More Than Ordinary ~ By James Childs (3%)
Baltimore Tough ~ By Captain Dee-Fense (31%)
One Team, One Dream ~ RavenNurse (56%)
Answer the Caw ~ Nancy (7%)
Bring It Home ~ Jenn Honkofsky (3%)
This poll has completed. Thank you for voting.

Not a big fan of the five. Please add this into the mix and I think we’ll have a winner:

    Here We Are
(For real this time, we didn’t show up last year, we weren’t there and we know it. We’re definitely here this time.)

Hate to break this news to you guys but “One Team, One Dream” is a Philadelphia Eagles slogan. Not only is it a rival team’s thing, but I’m sure that means they own the rights to it. Don’t know how cool they’d be with you selling t-shirts in Baltimore.

its also a book about a high school baseball team. think it was used as that first. its pretty played out too and has nothing to do with the RAVENS or BALTIMORE. i like answer the caw and bore tough is good too i guess. hope that wins at least.

Haters gonna hate…I certainly didn’t do a trademark search before it popped in my head…but whatever. Apparently we have some Eagles fans around…haha…and thanks Mark
