Flacco played poorly, but plenty of blame to go around

When the Ravens lose, quarterback Joe Flacco is usually the first person at whom fans and pundits point their fingers. While his performance in Houston was less than stellar, is he entirely to blame for the Ravens offensive woes? Flacco was responsible for both of the Ravens’ two turnovers in the form of interceptions. Jones one of few bright spots for Ravens in Houston

Jacoby Jones was practically run out of Houston after he muffed a punt that led to a Ravens touchdown during last season’s AFC Divisional playoff game. Many Texans fans blamed him for the loss, and he was subsequently released from the team. Ironically, Jones then signed with the Ravens a week after he was released. Jones was met with many boos from the Houston crowd yesterday but was quick to silence them with his excellent play in the return game. Report: Suggs Targeting And Expecting To Play Sunday

This morning, ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that Terrell Suggs is targeting and is expecting to make a comeback from his Achillies injury on Sunday versus the Houston Texans. Conflicting reports have surfaced in regards to when Suggs would make his return but few saw this coming, especially from such a reliable and credible source like Schefter.
