Terrell Suggs explains “Flaccoing”

There have been several versions of “Flaccoing” over the past six weeks or so.

From laying face down on the ground, to pointing to the sky in celebration, the internet has been trying to pin a signature move on Joe, in meme form.

However, one of his teammates says that the real “Flaccoing” is much simpler.

At Media Day in New Orleans, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs gave his version of “Flaccoing” – a shrug.

“What’s Flaccoing?” Suggs repeated when asked the question by a reporter. “It’s just…it’s this: shrugs He’s Joe Cool, look at him!”

“He played in the AFC Championship, and no matter how the game was going, his emotion never changed!”
