Chris Canty drew a lot of criticism from fans and media alike when he did not show up for voluntary OTAs.
After signing 3-year, $8M contract in March of last year, Canty had a less-than-stellar 2013 campaign. According to Pro-Football-Reference.com, Canty registered only 2 sacks and 30 tackles in 15 games (13 starts).
To prepare for training camp, he has sought out help from Dave Paladino, owner and director of Strike Zone. Check out this video from his Instagram of Canty working his hands.
