Share
Reading Time: 4 minutes
 Some Notes:
  • Check out our 2009 EXPERT MOCK DRAFTS
  • If you own Kurt Warner, pick up Matt Leinart like yesterday! Like last week even!

  • Some great Waiver Wire pickups are listed below.

  • OK so if you are 0 – 2 there are two ways to go…first you have to look at your total points. Are you scoring points…if so…relax and it will work out! If you are not…its time to start trying to upgrade…do you have any depth? Time to trade it away and get a win in a week three…need advice? Send us a message and we will help as much as we can.

  • FINDS: Johnny Knox, Mike Sims-Walker

  • FLUKE: Jullian Edelman, Maurice Stovall, Kevin Kolb

  • LT and Portis, what to do? I just don’t think they will live up to their round one status.
  • MJD and Forte on the other hand will.
  • I was never a Steve Slaton guy and his struggles are not shocking, he looks like a Bush type back to me.

  • I am still not sold on Manningham and Smith in New York, the Giants are a running team and I think the WR’s will still be very inconsistent week to week!

  • Tune in the GREEN TURTLE FANTASY FOOTBALL SHOW every SUNDAY from NOON til 1PM hosted by FANSFANTASYFOOTBALL.COM…click to listen live at www.fox1370.com and call in toll-free if you have last minute questions at 1-866-933-1370.

TRADE BAIT(s): Fred Jackson has as much value as he ever will have. Lynch cpmes back next week and even if he remains the starter he will start to lose touches. Cut bait on Portis and get what you can now…

STAR(S) OF WEEK (officially renamed the AP of the Week): Chris Johnson and Frank Gore, with honorable mention to Andre Johnson and Matt Schaub!

DUD(S) of the Week: You could have started the following team and got blown out: Brady, Jennings (zero? really?), Roy Williams (as we said), Matt Forte, Steve Slaton…wow!

Hot Pick up(s) of the week: Johnny Knox, Mike Sims-Walker, Eli Manning (he will have his moments), David Garrard, Mario Manningham and Steve Smith

LAST WEEK: Mike Bell, Cadillac Williams, Louis Murphy, Austin Collie, Pierre Garcon, John Carlson, Patrick Crayton, Joe Flacco, Marc Sanchez, Tim Hightower, Willis Mcgahee, Devery Henderson, Chansi Stuckley, Davone Bess and Jeremy Shockey. Also the OAKLAND D!

TEAM(s) of the WEEK: New York Jets and New York Giants….I’m in a NY state of mind…but they were both impressive!

Uh-Oh of the week: Tennessee Titans are 0 – 2 and travel to the Jets…
