KIDZ KORNER: Man with a plan for Ravens @ Steelers

Share
Reading Time: 2 minutes

Hold your breath, count to ten and drink a glass of warm water!  Wait, that cures hiccups, not the anxiety that fans will be feeling Sunday night in Pittsburgh.

Last time we faced Pittsburgh, we gave them an absolute shellacking.  The score was 35-7, and now the Squeelers are seeking revenge.  If we beat the Steelers again, we have bragging rights for the year, and if we don’t, we’re in trouble.  It’s funny how when we win the Steelers act like it’s no big deal, but when they win, they don’t let us forget it.  So Cam, listen to me.

ACTUALLY MAKE A PLAN FOR THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!

This IS the most important game of the year so far.  We cannot afford more embarrassment on national TV like we had against the Jaguars a couple of weeks ago.

On Offense

Ok Cam now is the time to show that you don’t fail at life.  Actually form a game plan against a good Steeler defense.  You have not had any sort of plan against a pair of one win teams, and the offense has totally sucked until Flacco started calling plays, and going no huddle.  Wouldn’t you know, as soon as the Raven offense plays to their caliber, Cam Cameron takes a step back and let Flacco take the reins?

Cam, if you want to stay employed, let alone win, let Flacco develop and run the offense.  Whoever put Cam Cameron on the Raven’s radar deserves to be fired.  The man ran the same exact type of offense when he was the head coach of the Dolphins.  How did that work out?  ONE WIN PEOPLE!!!!

He only has a good reputation because Drew Brees, Phillip Rivers, and LT played for him in San Diego.  Come out, give the ball to Rice.  Run to set up the pass.  If we need to pass, give the ball to Flacco, and let HIM control the game.  To win, the quarterback must take control of his team.

On Defense

So on defense, Pagano should just keep doing what he did week 1.  Keep up the pressure, and Ben Worthlessberger will make mistakes.  Watch the New England game.  As good as he was, he still made some pretty bad throws and made some awful mistakes.  Just keep the passes short, and whatever may go wrong, NEVER EVER EVER EVER LET MIKE WALLACE BEAT YOU DEEP!!!!!!  I don’t want to see another 99 yard play.  Bottom line on defense, pressure Worthlessberger into making some bad throws, stop the run (as usual) and always have Ed Reed playing center field so that Wallace, or Brown don’t beat us deep.
