Despite the offense’s inability to produce a single touchdown the Ravens managed to escape Pittsburgh with a 13-10 victory and a commanding two game lead in the AFC North.
This victory was largely the byproduct of a very solid special teams performance and a workmanlike effort from defensive coordinator Dean Pees’ squad.
The Ravens went into the half leading 10-7 and managed only 3 points and 64 net yards of offense in the second half. Yet they protected the lead and the football and escaped Pittsburgh with the “W”.
