Well, on Monday John Harbaugh didn’t sound too worried about injuries to several key defensive starters, but as the week goes on here, and those guys still aren’t practicing, Ravens fans are getting a bit uneasy.
Daryl Smith left the Cincinnati game after being involved in a tackle on the Bengals’ second-to-last offensive snap. All he missed at the end was the final fourth down stop. However, he has yet to practice this week.
Lardarius Webb, coming off what was arguably the best game EVER by a Ravens cornerback, hasn’t practiced either. Webb appeared to leave Sunday’s game just before Smith, having played the Bengals’ final second down snap, but none after that. On that play, he chased A.J. Green down the sideline in tight coverage.
As for Haloti Ngata, we all saw him limp off the field after his left knee seemed to collapse under him in the first half, but he returned to action and was on the field until the end.
There was another addition that Ravens fans won’t like to hear, as Terrell Suggs was shaken up in a collision with a tight end during practice, per Aaron Wilson.
Here are the full Thursday practice injury reports for both the Ravens and the Chicago Bears.
