The Baltimore Ravens added another weapon to their offense Thursday, agreeing to terms with former Houston Texans tight end Owen Daniels on a one-year contract.
The Ravens had been looking for another tight end to go along with Dennis Pitta.
In Daniels, they get a two-time Pro Bowler who spent the first eight seasons of his NFL career playing under new Baltimore offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak in Houston.
Daniels is 32 and missed 11 games last year because of a leg injury, but he had 24 catches for 252 yards and three touchdowns in the five games he played in.
He was also selected to the Pro Bowl as recently as 2012 after posting 62 catches for 716 yards and six touchdowns.
