The off-season is a scary time for a football team. It makes you wonder what the players are up to. You want them to stay out of trouble, but more than that, you want to make sure they stay in shape.
It appears as though Timmy Jernigan is trying to do just that.
Darnell Dockett, the Arizona Cardinals defensive linemen, who, like Timmy Jernigan, played at Florida State, missed the 2014 season with an ACL injury, but his recovery hasn’t made his workout regimen any easier – at least it isn’t 6 months after the injury.
After all of that he stuck through it.
That’s dedication, and exactly what you want from a guy during a very long offseason – especially one who may be fulfilling a bigger role with the potential departure of Haloti Ngata.
