The first two picks the Ravens made in the 2013 NFL Draft looked great on paper – Matt Elam and Arthur Brown. Both were leaders, both possessed a burst and it appeared based on the many mock drafts that the Ravens landed two players with first round grades.

But so far one appears to be a bust and the other regularly wears street clothes on Sundays. I asked former Ravens personnel director Phil Savage to share his thoughts on the two players.
