One day while driving my kids to school my daughter asked why she had to go, you know, in a way that only children can when they believe their lives are like prison sentences due to the burdens of the classroom.
I’m not sure where my response came from…
I said, “Your education is important because it gives you options in life. But when you finish your education, do something you love so much that you’d do it for free.”
That belief evolved into a personal mantra: “Do What You Love, Love What You Do”.
