In a big day for the Ravens with nothing that appeals to fans, the Denver Broncos sign Owen Daniels to a 3-year, $12 million contract.

As Mike Klis points out in his story, Owen Daniels has played every snap of his career in a Gary Kubiak-led offense.
That won’t change this year.
Owen Daniels played a vital role in the Ravens offense after Dennis Pitta went down with a hip injury in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns. Baltimore will have to find some way to replace that production. The best remaining option on the team is Crockett Gilmore, who is going into his second year.
It will be interesting to see what the Ravens do with the position either through free agency or in the draft.
