Perriman still not at practice, no timetable for return

Breshad Perriman has missed 12 practices in a row. I, for one, am starting to get worried. Harbaugh says, “It’s not something that’s going to keep him out for a long period of time they tell me,” but what defines “a long period of time?” For a rookie who many were certain would be the day one WR2, he is missing some very valuable time. Ravens players react to Madden rankings

Ryan Mink of Ravens media goes around the Ravens’ locker room to gauge the players’ reactions to their Madden rankings. Morgan Cox gives an honest reaction to his ranking as the worst player on the team. Courtney Upshaw agrees that he is the hardest hitter on the team. Nick Boyle reacts to his speed rating, which is lower than Joe Flacco’s. James Hurst think that the Madden rater perceived his control and precision as a blocker for a lack of speed. And Brandon Williams is proud of being the strongest player on the team. LINK

James Harrison discovers his kids were given participation trophies and doesn’t like it

This has started a conversation on sports talk shows everywhere about the nature of participation trophies. Many don’t agree with them and think that kids should only get the trophy when they win. As much as I hate the Steelers, I have to agree with the man. Kaitlynn Schallhorn of The Blaze has the full story. LINK
