Ed Reed will be the last man to come out of the tunnel during introductions and he will be wearing full uniform and his iconic No. 20 jersey. He will make a 4th quarter interception to put the game away for the Ravens.

And then I woke up…

DAMN!

How cool would that be?

Now for the real world…

John Harbaugh will smash a clipboard on Marc Trestman’s head if he runs the ball less than 8 times in the first half. Hometown boys Austin, Gurley and West all score touchdowns and Chris Givens gets a taste of revenge with a score of his own.

In the end a Tucker field goal wins it for the Ravens 23-20. Ravens advance to 10-1 during ROH Induction games.

Case Keenum racks up a win against Baltimore for the second consecutive year.

Talented cornerback Janoris Jenkins will shut down Kamar Aiken, leaving the Ravens overly-reliant on their tight ends in the passing game. Trestman again will not run the ball enough and the fierce defensive front of the Rams records 5 sacks and 1 interception of Joe Flacco. Give a touchdown to former Ram Chris Givens for the narrative’s sake.

The Ravens defense holds stud rookie Todd Gurley in check for the most part, holding him to 85 all purpose yards, but Baltimore-born Tavon Austin gets deep for a 70-yard bomb to put the Rams over the top.

Case Keenum beat the Ravens last year, but that was a home game for Keenum and the Texans. As bad as the Ravens are I don’t think a career backup fresh off the pine can pull that off in Baltimore

The Ravens truly hit rock bottom against the Jags and there’s no playoff talk or second half run optimism at the castle this week. But I don’t expect the Ravens to fold or play half hearted the rest of the season, I actually anticipate the opposite.

The Ravens will come out loose and look sharp in the first half and take a ten point lead into the locker room. The Rams will pull close in the second half but the Ravens will lead throughout.

Big game for Crockett Gillmore as he gets in the end zone for the third straight week catching 8 balls for 85 yards and 2 touchdowns.

27-20 Ravens

Tavon Austin scores a TD, racks up over 200 total yards, and Todd Gurley goes for 150 and 2 TD.

Once again, the Ravens play a close game but ultimately beat themselves (late).

Brandon Williams (7 tackles, 3 tfl, 1.5 sacks) has a better game than Aaron Donald (6 tackles, 2 tfl) but the former Pitt Panther gets the victory.

Final score: Rams 30, Ravens 27.

The Rams bring their backup QB Keenum and the team’s 178.7 passing ypg (32nd) to Baltimore to take on a Ravens team giving up 271 passing ypg (26th). Something’s gotta give, and I believe the Ravens defense will prevail…until Keenum hands off to Gurley who will find the endzone twice for the Rams.

On the other side of the ball, more of the usual.

Trestman will continue to dodge the run like it’s his Great Aunt at Thanksgiving who shows up with caked on lipstick trying to plant one on your cheek.

Joe will be forced to throw umpteen million times, and once again, whips up a couple of turnovers (the Rams lead the NFL with 10 recovered fumbles- they get another).

Marlon Brown catches one ball late in the 4th to appear relevant, but immediately drops the next ball, leading to the mumblings of ‘why is he still on the team?’

Ravens can’t manage a 2-minute drill at the end of the game.

One more prediction: Ed Reed sings ‘Two Tickets to Paradise’ at his RoH induction. I can’t imagine him NOT singing it.

The doom and gloom continues in Baltimore, and no amount of wishbone-related wishes on Turkey Day can save this team from their impending top 5 pick in the upcoming draft.

Baltimore Ravens- 13

In what should be a defensive game, it turns out to be anything but. The Ravens have a way of letting second string quarterbacks have their way with them. Case Keenum gets to pick on the secondary this week and former Dunbar standout Tavon Austin exploits them.

On offense the Ravens go into attack mode through the air against a solid Rams run defense. Wide receiver Chris Givens has 2 touchdowns and Gillmore adds another.

Ravens win 21-17

I am just about as down on the Ravens as anyone, but I am going to go very bold.

The Ravens build upon their solid defensive performance from last week. Todd Gurley gets held in check; Tavon Austin does absolutely nothing. Joe Flacco and the offense hold the ball all day.

The Ravens are going to win 34-16.

You might call me crazy, and I probably am, but I just have a hunch after their terrible performance last week and Case Keenum becoming their best starting option.

At least 3 of the following 4 things will happen:
· Gurley will exploit the edge to Dumervil’s side for 2 gains of 10+

· Urschel will have a solid game against talented competition leading to questions about who will be the 2016 Center.

· The Ravens will generate another 5+ PDs, but will again underperform the league average of 1 INT every 5.1 PDs.

· Arthur Brown’s snaps increase to at least 12 as he and Orr are used in a broader set of passing situations

Ravens win 23-17, extending the streak of 1-score games to 10.

Case Keenum beat the Ravens last season, so why not make it two years in a row?

Despite to likely poor passing attack from the Rams, running back Todd Gurley should still be able to overcome a stout Ravens run defense. In an unexpected (for 2015 Ravens terms) low-scoring battle, the Rams will fend off the Ravens 17-16 in another last-minute loss for Baltimore.

Drew Forrester

Nothing would surprise me on Sunday when the Rams come to town.

I mean, the freakin’ Jaguars just came to Baltimore and beat us. What’s to say the Rams aren’t going to buzz in here on Sunday and clobber us?

But they won’t.

The Ravens will man-up defensively and even though they’ll get gashed by Todd Gurley for 125 yards,
they’ll do a good job of employing the famous “bend-don’t-break” defensive philosophy they’ve seemingly mastered in the Dean Pees era.

Somehow, Joe Flacco will complete a few passes to the guys on our team who can catch and the Ravens
will win 17-13.

I think…
