Throughout the 2018 preseason, Baltimore Ravens games will be televised across a total of seven different outlets as part of a simulcast TV/radio broadcast produced by Ravens Productions. In the local Baltimore area, WBAL-TV will carry preseason broadcasts for the 12th-consecutive year.

Additionally, all season long, every Ravens radio broadcast can be heard on WBAL 1090 AM, 98Rock WIYY (97.9 FM), www.baltimoreravens.com, the Ravens’ mobile app (when fans are in Baltimore), and across 21 regional affiliates (listed below) that span three states and Washington, D.C.

Returning to the preseason broadcast crew is the “Voice of the Ravens,” Gerry Sandusky (play-by-play), joined by former Ravens head coach and Super Bowl XXXV champion Brian Billick (analyst) and CBS Sports’ Evan Washburn (sideline).

Ravens Productions, the team’s in-house broadcasting department, continues its preseason game production. This past June, the group earned a team-record 13 regional Emmy Award nominations, winning in seven categories overall. Ravens Productions received two of its Emmy Awards for 2017 Ravens Preseason Football broadcasts and the pre-game show, Ravens Kickoff.

TV Ratings Note: During the month of August for each year from 2006-17, Ravens Preseason Football has been the No. 1 television program in the Baltimore area, with the exception of Summer Olympic years (2008, 2012 and 2016), in which it placed right behind the Olympic Opening/Closing Ceremonies.

Ravens Preseason Football from 2016 to 2017 saw huge growth – 27% in Total Viewers, 35% in Adults 18-49, 42% in Adults 25-54 and 34% Adults 35-64. The largest increase was in Women 25-54, a 54% growth.
