Just when the Ravens had the chance to solidify their spot at the top of the AFC North, they blew it.
Lamar Jackson threw for a total of 257 yards and one touchdown, and also ran for 88 yards, BUT he was sacked a total of five times. Lamar found Hollywood for a perfect 39-yard touchdown in the 3rd quarter which gave the Ravens their only lead of the game.
Unfortunately 134 seconds later the Bengals snatched the lead back…for good! If you want to read more about the positive moments during the disappointing loss, be sure to check out, Out to Lunch: In Search of Silver Linings, by Derek Arnold.
Baltimore’s run game found little traction, unless of course the runner was Lamar Jackson. The Ravens running backs ran for a total of 27 yards on 12 attempts. Meanwhile, the defense laid a colossal egg.
