Happy Monday Ravens flock, and happy 10 days until the NFL draft! It was a quiet weekend overall at the Castle, mostly due to the Easter holiday yesterday. For all of those who celebrate (and those who don’t), we at Russell Street Report hope you had a happy and blessed day. Let’s kick things off on a positive note this week, as #8 was once again out and about spreading the love to those around him.

Lamar Jackson took a break from training in Florida to show his support for former teammate Willie Snead and snap some photos with the next generation of players. When catching up with reporters, he also made one thing clear: he’s got a Super Bowl on his mind. Seeing the former league MVP so laser focused on the upcoming season is a welcome sight to see for Ravens fans everywhere. In a now stacked AFC, it’s going to take every ounce of effort he has!
Speaking of Lamar, is there ever a bad time to share this play again? Wise words from Kevin here.
Doing some content for @Footballguys and I am fully on the Lamar Jackson hype train in 2022. He has the best weapons he’s ever had with the Ravens. They could realistically be the #1 offense in the NFL this year. pic.twitter.com/vJMHFaDMcu

Recently on Twitter there’s been some chatter amongst the fan base about the Ravens taking USC wide receiver Drake London in the first round. While we won’t be taking a stance on that argument here one way or the other, it’s an interesting discussion to be had.
Can the Baltimore Ravens "responsibly keep up" with the Great AFC Arms Race of 2022?
Taking USC wide receiver Drake London at Pick 14 would let them do just that ⤵️https://t.co/n0P8shyW6P

Theres no denying that the AFC is currently an arms race. We’ve heard the phrase worn out more in the last few months than Eli Apple in the Super Bowl. Adding a big body receiver on the outside with an almost undefinable catch radius, with Rashod Bateman on the other side and Hollywood Brown in the slot (along with Mark Andrews), would make the Baltimore offense be near indefensible for opposing defensive coordinators. With all the chatter of edge rushers and offensive linemen afoot, perhaps the Ravens will end up going in an unexpected direction come April 28th. Or, perhaps the Ravens decide to draft a receiver a little later in this draft. Perhaps a player from Cincinnati that this writer in particular WOULD pound the table for?
3 new Alec Pierce games added to the library. Time to pretend I know what I'm talking about and watch some WRs.#RavensFlock

Ahh well, we’ve got another 10 days to ponder such things. To wrap up a slow weekend, here’s a photo of Stacy Keibler during her time as cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens, just to brighten everyone’s day!
