Happy Friday, #RavensFlock! Pinch-hitting for the vacationing Nikhil today, so let’s get right into it!
In some quasi-local news, a polarizing member of the local sports airwaves lost one of his gigs this week.

JLC’s past antics have been well chronicled here at RSR by our head honcho Tony Lombardi, so I won’t rehash them here. While we won’t have to roll our eyes at the CBS pregame show calling him an “insider” any more, we’ll still be lucky enough to hear him bash our purple Birds with rambles about “cash over cap” and other nonsense daily during the afternoon drive.
Yes, Jason & Ken always have plenty to criticize when it comes to Steve Bisciotti, yet nothing but praise for the other birds across Russell Street.
Yeah, wouldn’t it be nice if Bisciotti was more like the Angeloses?!

Let’s once again thank our lucky stars that the Aerotek founder purchased our beloved Ravens, sparing us from the type of spoiled rich kid nonsense going on between the Warehouse and, apparently, Nashville Tennessee.
In Ravens news, they hosted a former premier pass rusher yesterday.

JPP seemed to enjoy his time in Baltimore…

Will he be the next veteran pass-rusher to make a cameo with the Ravens? Perhaps as a mentor to Odafe Oweh & David Ojabo? We’ll likely find out in the coming days.
One of my all-time favorite pass rush prospects? Umm, yes please. Wonder if this is a leverage play with Houston? Either way, very interesting fit. JPP is mostly a hand-in-the-dirt rusher who can be used on games & stunts. #RavensFlock https://t.co/JdK7qV5UZQ

As for OTAs, which are very, very important, yes crucial, the team skipped them yesterday and went to Arundel Mills (Dave & Buster’s I think?) instead.

EDIT: It wasn’t D&B
FWIW, @BMoreBirdsNest, I think the Ravens were in Eldersburg today at Stratosphere. The axe throwing picture listed the name. My wife and kids drove by to see if anyone was hanging outside and there were multiple charter buses outside.

We still haven’t seen Lamar Jackson at OTAs, which as we’ve covered are very important to the team’s 2022 success. That caused village idiot Mike Florio to spit out some more taeks, if you’re interested.
Mike Florio might just be Lamar Jackson's greatest nemesis #RavensFlock @Lj_era8 pic.twitter.com/pS8oVO6dug

Ok Mike.
Next Tuesday, mandatory minicamps begin. We’ll see if LJ is in the house or not at that point. If he still doesn’t show, perhaps there is some fire with this smoke. The bet here though, is that he’ll be there.
Until then, enjoy your weekend, Flock!
