Happy Friday, Ravens Flock! With our favorite purple birds in the driver’s seat of the AFC North and the bye week officially in the rear view mirror, it’s now time to step on the gas.

The Carolina Panthers come to town this weekend in what you’d think will be another great opportunity for the Ravens to extend their divisional lead, but before they do, let’s get to all the last minute news and things you need to know!
Ravens rookie OLB David Ojabo on possibly making his NFL debut Sunday: “If my number is called, just know, I’ll be ready.”
He said later that he feels great physically. pic.twitter.com/SiHCVNSvhB

When the Ravens selected David Ojabo in the second round of April’s NFL Draft, most of us figured in the absolute best case scenario he’d maybe be available for the playoffs. Now, with the second half of the season on the horizon, he’s defying all the odds. If it’s not this week, it’s going to be soon that we see the former Michigan standout take the field after a remarkable recovery from an Achilles tear. It just speaks to Ojabo’s pure grit and toughness, a toughness that we can’t wait to see unleashed on opposing offenses.

It’s back to the classics this week, as the Ravens will be donning purple with white pants. It’s unlikely that they need to bust out the black jerseys or purple pants for some extra added luck this week given the opponents… save those for Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
It's time to do your holiday shopping for your favorite Ravens fan❕
The Official Ravens Pop Up Shop returns this season to the Ravens Team Store inside M&T Bank Stadium!

Holiday shopping was once a fun way to get into the spirit of the season, but these days we sacrifice those nights of buying gifts for our loved ones in person for the convenience of the click of a button. The Ravens, however, are providing Baltimore with an entire week of opportunity to bring back some of that lost charm with a team merch pop up shop next week! Grab yourself a hot chocolate, drop the kids off at their grandparents’, and go have yourself some retail therapy. Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone if you pick up a jersey or two for yourself as well!

PFF once again showing the world why their rankings are…well…you fill in the blank. Marlon Humphrey has been playing out of his mind this year, perhaps having the best season of his previously All-Pro career, yet they have the likes of Jamel Dean and Tyson Campbell ranked above him?! Then again, this list was likely made entirely for this reason, to get us talking about them even if it’s in a negative light. How’s that old saying go? Any press is good press?

The rebirth of Justin Houston in 2022 has been nothing short of remarkable. With each passing week he seemingly gets stronger and stronger, and with the aforementioned Ojabo returning soon and Tyus Bowser being more and more reintegrated into the fold, it’s only gonna keep him fresher! Here’s his segment on this week’s Ravens Wired, a great watch that’s sure to get you fired up for the rest of the season.

For this edition of our Ravens photo of the week, it’s double J donning the shield as our nominee for the NFL’s salute to service award. Johnson is a supporter of SOF Missions, a non-profit that provides care to veterans with PTSD and TBI with the goal of ending veteran suicide, along with numerous other veteran initiatives aimed at supporting our troops. Great job Jarret, you’ve never looked sharper!
