INDIANAPOLIS — University of Florida center Mike Pouncey has met with both Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh and Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, two fierce division rivals.

Pouncey’s twin brother, Maurkice Pouncey, is the Steelers’ starting center who made the Pro Bowl last season as a a rookie.

"I’ve got to be drafted higher than Maurkice, No. 18 or higher," said Pouncey, an athletic All-Southeastern Conference selection. "I’d never hear the end of it."

Who’s the superior lineman?

"I think I block in the open field better, but like I said we’re the same player," Pouncey said.

Pouncey said he met with 13 teams Thursday and was scheduled to meet with a dozen Friday night.

Pouncey said he skipped the Senior Bowl as a "business decision."

Pouncey is unlikely to be around for the Steelers’ first-round draft pick at No. 31 overall.

"It’s not looking too good, but there’s free agency in the NFL," Pouncey said.

However, he could be an attractive target for the Ravens with the 26th overall selection.

Pouncey acknowledged that his draft stock has been boosted by his brother’s success.

"He played great," Pouncey said. "It only shows what both of us can do. I think it can only help, but they’re not going to draft me because he played good."
