The challenges of a hospital stay can be overwhelming to both the ill child and his/her family; therefore, it is the hope of Touching Lives With Comfort to ease a hospital stay and brighten a child’s life during an incredibly difficult time. If they are able to make a child smile, provide comfort during a difficult time and make them forget, if only for a second, then TLC believes their mission has been accomplished.

And to support this very worthy cause TLC has arranged for a fun event that we hope many of you can participate in.
On March 28th TLC will host a "Guest Bartending" night at Dimitri’s International Grille, located in Catonsville. The evening will be full of fun, with guests from Ravens24x7.com, Catonsville Ravens Club and More! They will have 50/50 raffles and an awesome silent auction! Plus they have been busy securing items for the auction and have some really cool items, including an autographed baseball from Orioles player, Nick Markakis, Cal Ripken’s new book, Super-sized Slugger, signed by Cal, restaurant gift cards, jewelry gift cards, wine, and many many more.
Proceeds will be used to obtain comfort items for the children in need which will be delivered to the Child Life Specialists, Nurses, and/or Social Workers who are helping the children and families cope during the hospital stay.
To deliver that rare smile to the face of a suffering child is priceless. We hope you can join us.
