It wasn’t all gloomy for the Ravens on Monday, after learning they wouldn’t have Lardarius Webb or Ray Lewis for the rest of the season.
There was a ray of sunshine for coach John Harbaugh: Terrell Suggs is eligible to come off the physically-unable-to-perform list. The same applies to David Reed (knee), a receiver and kick returner.
The one piece of good news Harbaugh offered was about defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, who hurt his knee in Sunday’s 31-29 win vs. the Dallas Cowboys.
Ngata had to leave the field on several occasions and walked gingerly. He entered the game with a sore shoulder.
“A relief. Very grateful for that,” said Harbaugh of Ngata’s knee. “His injury is minor, actually.”
