We’ve often hear media members and observers of the Ravens point to Gino Gradkowski’s size or lack thereof as a major deterrent to his success in the NFL.
Perhaps such opinions are swayed when they compare Gradkowski’s listed size (6’3”, 300 pounds) to that of Matt Birk’s playing size and weight (6’4”, 310 pounds). Whatever the major influencer of such an inaccurate assessment, size isn’t to blame for the second year former Delaware Blue Hen’s struggles.

The (4) 2013 Pro Bowl centers average 6’3 3/4″, 297 1/4 lbs.
Size is not the issue.
