Per several sources, including Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun, the team has added safety Will Hill.

Hill, who went undrafted in 2011 out of the University of Florida, is currently serving a six-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. In the past, he’s also been suspended for violating the PED policy, and another instance of violating the substance abuse policy.
Hill has played in 24 games in his career, with 115 tackles, four forced fumbles, and two interceptions.
On addition of Will Hill, Ozzie Newsome said, " If we need it, Will will provide depth in the middle of the season."
