After their secondary depth took a hit yesterday, when cornerback Aaron Ross tore his Achilles tendon taking the conditioning test, the Ravens have added another former New York Giant free agent.

Per several sources, including Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun, the team has added safety Will Hill.

Hill, who went undrafted in 2011 out of the University of Florida, is currently serving a six-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. In the past, he’s also been suspended for violating the PED policy, and another instance of violating the substance abuse policy.

Hill has played in 24 games in his career, with 115 tackles, four forced fumbles, and two interceptions.
