It’s great to know that Jarret Johnson will sign a 1-day contract to effectively retire as a Baltimore Raven. He epitomizes what it means to Play Like a Raven.
It takes a special kind of player to play tough, physical football – willingly take on the dirty work to allow teammates to clean up and make the splash plays that are noticed and rewarded.
But teammates noticed Jarret Johnson. He made their lives easier. Despite being a magnet for physicality Double J took the field for 80 consecutive starts and 129 consecutive games.
