With the second day of NFL Free Agency in the books, the Dolphins finally came out of hiding and finalized their long overdue deal with Ndamukong Suh. We also saw a few more big names taken off the FA Board, with Andre Johnson joining Frank Gore at the Miami Hurricanes graduate program in Indianapolis, recently released linebacker Curtis Lofton getting a nice four-year deal in Oakland, and running back Ryan Matthews joining with the Eagles.

Looking ahead to Day 3, I’d expect some more clarity in running back market where we still having DeMarco Murray, Justin Forsett, CJ Spiller and Reggie Bush floating in limbo. Forsett is still in heavy talks with the Ravens while, according to Adam Schefter, DeMarco is headed to Philly today with the intent to sign… or simply scare the Cowboys into jacking up their offer for Murray.

If Murray signs today, I expect these top four available backs to find homes by the weeks end. We can also expect some traction to be made in the secondary market. Perrish Cox and Brandon Browner continuing to make their rounds, and I fully expect one of the two to sign in DC within the next day or so. The newest Jet (again) Darelle Revis is also making a big push to bring his former secondary partner Antonio Cromartie back to New York, in an effort to reunite ‘Batman and Robin.’
