As we all look forward to next week when training camp will finally start, the players are preparing to make sure that they are in shape for the grueling practices to come.
This past weekend, Justin Forsett participated with Marshawn Lynch in the ninth annual Fam 1st Family Youth Football Camp out in Oakland.

While he was out on the West Coast, he also competed in suicide drills out at California Memorial Stadium. Here he appears to beat everyone in a suicide drill:

This down time isn’t all about staying in shape. The players get to spend some time with family.

It’s great to see the players able to spend time with their family.
