We all could sense a shift in the Ravens personnel approach for their defensive line. Recent draft picks of Justin Madubuike, Broderick Washington and Travis Jones show a bigger priority placed on athleticism, rather than the stout anchors of the Brandon Williams‘ of the past.
This shift came to fruition, as Madubuike and Pierce gave the interior offensive line headaches on Sunday at Metlife Stadium, and as a result gave Joe Flacco a headache. I dive into their play here, but need to note that Washington deserves an honorable mention. He balled out too!
