The season finale is here, and the Ravens have put themselves in a position to claim the AFC North for the second year in a row. The team has much bigger goals in mind, but this is certainly a great milestone for a team that has fought through much adversity this season. The Ravens welcome the 3-13 Cleveland Browns to town. On the surface it may not seem like a meaningful game, but every division game means something. The Ravens are fighting for a home playoff game, and they will definitely be wanting to get the Browns back for the loss they handed them earlier this season in Cleveland. Heading into the playoffs with positive momentum is key for a Ravens team with hopes of a deep playoff run. It would be nice to finish the player props on a positive note as well, as a 3-2 week last week brought the overall record to 48-27.
In the regular season finale, here are the player props I’ll be taking in hopes for our 50th (and beyond) hit of the season.
Let’s Stay Hot!
Zay Flowers Over 59.5 Receiving Yards (-110 ESPN Bet)
Zay Flowers got his first Pro Bowl nod earlier this week while also becoming the first receiver the Ravens have ever drafted to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark. Safe to say it has been a good week and a half for the young wide receiver who enters a matchup vs a Cleveland team he has had some success against. Earlier this season against Cleveland, Flowers had seven receptions for 115 yards. I expect Zay to keep the positive momentum going this week, as 59.5 yards is a very gettable number for the Ravens #1 outside option.
Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+150 ESPN Bet)
This option here has been a worthy investment this season. Andrews has 10 touchdowns in the Ravens last 11 games, including touchdowns in five straight. For a player who finds the end zone at this volume, plus odds is some great value. Andrews has a knack for finding the end zone against Cleveland with 10 touchdowns in 13 career games, including a score in the matchup earlier this season. All the numbers are here to support Andrews hitting paydirt once again.
Isaiah Likely Over 22.5 Receiving Yards (-110 ESPN Bet) & Isaiah Likely Over 2.5 Receptions (+108 ESPN Bet)
Putting these two in tandem as I’m anticipating a big day for the Ravens young Tight End. After a hot start on the season, Likely cooled off a bit. However, we are starting to see Likely pop up more and more in big spots as of recent, similar to his trajectory last season. If the game script goes how Vegas believes it will (Ravens are favored by -19.5), there’s a slim chance the Ravens starters have a full day of work, which would leave plenty of opportunities for playmakers such as likely to get an uptick in volume today.
Jerry Jeudy Over 58.5 Receiving Yards (-110 ESPN Bet)
Zay Flowers is not the only Pro Bowl Wide Receiver in this afternoon’s matchup. Browns wide Receiver Jerry Jeudy also received his first nod earlier this week as well. Jeudy has had a productive season as the Browns wide receiver one, with 1,166 yards on the season. What’s especially impressive about those numbers is that he was able to post them with a revolving door at quarterback. Jeudy was most recently able to put up 12 receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown last week vs Miami with Dorian Thompson-Robinson throwing him the ball. This week it will be Bailey Zappe, a quarterback who shouldn’t cause the Ravens defense many problems but is a superior passer than DTR. If Zappe is smart, he would look Jeudy’s way early and often, which should lead to the Pro Bowl wideout ending the game with more than 58 receiving yards.
