With the advent of the new rookie wage scale contained in the NFL’s 2011 CBA, much of the mystery of rookie contracts has been removed. With the new system largely being a slotted system, signings are happening much quicker and holdouts are few and far between.
Also, with the overall league Salary Cap having increased at such a minimal rate, players are receiving the same Signing Bonus as the player taken with the same pick in the prior year’s draft.
The following is a breakdown of the contracts of the Ravens’ 2013 draft class:

Fourth Round Pick, Kyle Juszczyk signed a 4-year deal worth $2,460,584, with a Signing Bonus of $300,584.
OT Ricky Wagner
Fifth Round Pick, Ricky Wagner signed 4-year deal worth $2,304,560, with a Signing Bonus of $144,560.
DE Kapron Lewis-Moore
Sixth Round Pick, Kapron Lewis-Moore signed a 4-year deal worth $2,248,232, with a Signing Bonus of $88,232.
OL Ryan Jensen
Sixth Round Pick, Ryan Jensen signed a 4-year deal worth $2,238,680, with a Signing Bonus of $78,680.
WR Aaron Mellette

Yes, that’s a typo – Brown’s total value is $3,554,232, not $2,554,232.
